Java Developers (2)

Candidate must be an Java Developer that can successfully build and test component using standard methodology and best practices. Candidate will be designing and creating Web-based forms and user interfaces. Candidate will be proficient in applying object oriented concepts and design patterns.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have strong working knowledge of Core Java, Servlets
• 6+ years of software design, development and maintenance experience.
• Expertise in J2EE development environment using JSP, Struts, EJB, Weblogic and HTML/XML
• Expertise in PL/SQL and use of Oracle database.
• Experience in working with open source such as Hibernate or similar object/relational persistence layer frameworks.
• Strong knowledge and use of design patterns and development methodologies, standards and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and provide expertise for multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Good Analytical and problem solving skills.

Required Background:

• 4 to 5years web applications development experience
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, or comparable major
• Experience in working with UNIX environment including developing shell and perl scripts.
• Experience in Spring framework is a plus.

Sr.Developer/Technical Lead(1)

Candidate must be an ASP.Net Developer that can successfully build and test component using standard methodology and best practices. Candidate will be designing and creating Web-based forms and user interfaces. Candidate will be responsible for designing many forms containing complex processes.

Required Skills:

• Must have strong working knowledge of C#
• Must have a working background in ASP.NET, J2EE
• Must have strong working knowledge of ADO.NET, Spring Framework, Hibernate
• Excellent written communication skills supported by strong verbal communication skills
• Must show the ability to develop .Net components in a real-time scenario during the interview
• Must have a working background in HTML, SQL Server 2000/2005, mySQL and Visual Studio 2003/2005
• Experience implementing and deploying live production internet systems is a plus
• Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design techniques
• Familiarity with UML Modeling (Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Collaboration Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Deployment Diagram, etc.)
• A working knowledge of configuring/maintaining Windows Server 2003 Enterprise and services such as IIS is a plus
• Be able to grasp functional concepts and workflow process before development

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent graphic design and web production skills.
• Experience with graphic design and web development
• Sound understanding of layout, e-commerce, and Graphical
  User Interface design and presentation principles.
• Knowledge of graphics platforms (PhotoShop and Illustrator) and their integration into web programming preferrable.
• Experience with HTML, ASP, ASPX and C#
• Understanding of Object oriented concepts
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
